Why is it that many discerning guests say that they would never sail with anyone else?

Is it the famous White Star Service? Gala Balls, Afternoon Teas or the choice of restaurants and bars? Or is it something less obvious? Something that goes almost unseen. Every single personal touch. Every ‘extra mile’. Every ‘as it should be’. Every ‘just what I needed’. There’s a fine line between cruising and Cunard. Once you cross it, you’ll never go back.

The incomparable world of Cunard

White Star Service

From the very first greeting when you embark to the way your stateroom steward greets you by name, Cunard believe great service is warm and sincere – it isn’t stuffy or hurried. It’s always friendly, but never over familiar. All Cunard crew are meticulously trained to offer the infamous and outstanding White Star Service.

Gala Evenings

Cunard’s gala balls transform an evening on board into a glamorous event, where you can dance to a live orchestra in the elegant Queens Room. Use this opportunity to sparkle in your best evening gown and be your most glamorous self.

Afternoon Tea

Classically British, Afternoon Tea is a tradition Cunard observes at 3pm daily. White-gloved waiters serve the perfect tea in the Queens Room, with freshly-baked scones and cream and exquisitely-cut finger sandwiches.
