For more than three decades, Crystal has been synonymous with exceptional, award-winning voyages.

In 2022, Crystal and its two beloved ships Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony were acquired by the A&K Travel Group, ushering in a new era of luxury cruising.

The luxury line’s highly personalised service has long been a Crystal signature. It is a testament to Crystal that more than 80 percent of the line’s beloved crew have returned to work for the reimagined cruise line.

Meanwhile, Crystal features an industry-leading crew-to-guest ratio of nearly one staff member per guest and an equally impressive space-to-guest ratio. Additionally, Crystal fosters endless opportunities for inspiration and enrichment, complemented by unparalleled service.

Moreover, the luxury cruise line unveiled recently a sumptuous new look after undergoing an extensive multi-million-dollar refurbishment. With a legacy of unrivalled service and commitment to sophistication and elegance at every touchpoint, once onboard, guests will feel as if they are perfectly at home.

Updates include larger, more modern guestrooms and suites, innovative wellness offerings including an Aurōra Spa, specialty dining restaurants, restorative public spaces and a new pickleball court along with refreshed entertainment and events. The beautifully appointed spaces bring a modern yet refreshing timeless energy to high-end clientele.

A highlight is the return of Umi Uma by Nobu — the only dining experience at sea by Michelin-star chef Master Chef Nobuyuki (Nobu) Matsuhisa.

The globally renowned cruise line offers discerning travellers authentic and enriching experiences both onshore and at sea. Crystal’s partnership with Abercrombie & Kent provides guests with unparalleled access to the most sought-after experiences and destinations around the world.

From awe-inspiring itineraries and revived overland experiences, to reimagined spaces, award-winning dining and one-of-a-kind service, Crystal looks forward to welcoming guests to join them on cruises that have been designed for deep destination discovery.
