In 2024, Avalon Waterways is welcoming the Avalon Alegria to its fleet of Suite Ships. The line built this ship specifically to sail along the Douro River on the new eight-day itinerary Vida Portugal: Vineyards & Villages. Additionally, this ship delights river cruisers with exceptional experiences and the elegant, yet relaxed, luxury you’ve come to expect from Avalon. Moreover, cruisers choose from 14 deluxe staterooms or 37 Panorama Suites. Furthermore, the ship accommodates 102 passengers, complete with a swimming pool on the Sky Deck.
