This will be Disney Wonder‘s second season Down Under to return to Australia and New Zealand in 2026/27.

The Disney Wonder will feature 2 -to-10 10-night cruises sailing from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Auckland with their ‘Disney Magic at Sea’ experience from 19th October 2025.

The first season of ‘Disney Magic at Sea’ in 2023/24 was so popular that Disney Cruise Line has now since the sell-out success announced a new season of cruises departing Australia and New Zealand for 2025/26.

Disney Cruise Line Senior Vice President & GM Sharon Siskie said: “We look forward to bringing the magic of Disney to this beautiful part of the world as we welcome both returning guests and those who are new to our special brand of family cruising.”

What’s new for Disney Cruise Line’s new season?

Sailings are selling fast for the 2024-25 season, which will visit ports in Noumea, Hobart and Eden. For the first time ever Disney Wonder will visit five New Zealand destinations including Tauranga, Napier, Wellington, Christchurch, and Fiordland National Park.

During the voyage, guests of all ages can meet their favourite Disney icons like Mickey Mouse as well as characters from the Star Wars and Marvel universes. Classic Disney stories come to life through delicious dining experiences, high-energy Broadway-style shows, and themed parties whilst onboard. This is truly an epic ocean adventure for the whole family – there is something for kids, teens, parents, and even grandparents.

As you’d expect with Disney, there is plenty of entertainment, which is one of the reasons why Disney cruises are so popular. Including blockbuster musical performances and original theatrical shows. Who could forget that there is plenty for young Disney fans, with the Disney Oceaneer Club taking small sailors on a Frozen-themed adventure?

What’s good for the kids?

Kids can also play in a multi-level replica of Andy’s room from Toy Story or learn to save the world at the Marvel Super Hero Academy.

While the kids are busy adults can relax in the adults-only Quiet Cove pool, get pampered at the Senses Spa and Salon, or enjoy fine dining (and adult conversation) at Palo restaurant.

If you are looking for a unique cruise experience look no further and enjoy the Christmas season aboard the ‘Disney Magic at Sea’ voyages from November 24, 2024, to January 3, 2025. Guests can enjoy delightful holiday-themed entertainment, and festive decorations in the atrium, and meet beloved Disney characters dressed in holiday attire.
