Are there dress codes aboard Viking Ocean?

Yes, Viking Ocean maintains a relaxed yet sophisticated dress code aboard its ships. During the day, casual and comfortable clothes are recommended. Guests may opt to wear shorts, slacks, and collared shirts or blouses being appropriate for dining and other activities 

On the other hand, the dress code is slightly elevated after 6PM with focus on ‘elegant casual’ attire. For gentlemen, this typically means slacks and a collared shirt, while ladies may opt for slacks or casual dresses. Moreover, there are no formal nights aboard Viking Ocean; however, the line does emphasize an atmosphere of understated elegance. Hence, guests are expected to maintain a certain level of decorum in their attire, particularly in the main dining rooms and public areas in the evenings.
