The Azamara Quest is a small cruise ship. The outdoor deck has ample space for sunbathing. The swimming pool is also accessible for all passengers. The interior design of the vessel is predominantly elegant. The traditional style of the design inspires an old-world country club ambience. This cruise ship is recommended for mature couples and single cruisers. Family facilities are limited except where there are 25 or more children on board.

The staterooms on the Azamara Quest fit two people comfortable on a voyage longer than seven days. Although the bathrooms in the lower categories are said to be tight, passengers are still given seating areas in each room. The wood cabinetry in the cabins add warmth to the accommodation. Over 70 per cent of the suites and outside cabins have balconies.

Azamara Quest has a main dining room called Discoveries with a 340 seating capacity. Three sides of this venue have an ocean view window. For snacks and casual dining, The Patio and Swirl & Top yogurt bar are the places to be. The chefs will use local spices and flavours to give guests an authentic culinary experience on and off the ship. The Mosaic Café and Mosaic @ Night serve coffee and snacks for inbetween meal bites. The ship offers themed-dinners depending on destinations. Italian, Indian, Greek and Asian inspired dishes are offered.

The Azamara Quest has a spa, fitness centre, salon and acupuncture services on board. The Sanctum Spa is staffed by licensed therapists and aestheticians. The spa offers message therapy, body sculpting, facial glow and teeth whitening services. The Salon offers professional and full services for men and women. This may include manicure pedicure grooming, barbering, hair care and styling. The Quest has a well-equipped fitness centre filled with treadmills, lifecycles and weights. At an additional cost, passengers can participate in customized personal training and body sculpt boot camp.

Although, kids are allowed on board, there are no designated areas, lists of activities and programs. Children who are below six months are not allowed to sail. For transoceanic sailing, below 12 months old are not allowed. However, for 25 children or more who are on a voyage for their summer vacation, Azamara Quest will find a youth counsellor.

Oooo!! What date are you sailing? We went on the Azamara Quest for the first time last June and loved it so much we booked this February trip because one of the lovely barmen was from Bali, and he told us about it.
