Accommodation

The ship holds 1,301 cabins in total, 711 of which have beautiful balconies. The prices of the six principal cabin types, from grand suite to interior cabins, are highly competitive. All cabins have lavish storage spaces from closets to drawers. Each is equipped with television systems, hair dryer and basic bathroom necessities. The bathrooms, though simple and plain, are roomy. The 24-hour room service system works smoothly, delivering robes, personal necessities and meals.

Food

The Amalfi, Capri and the Portofino are Star Princess’ main dining halls. Capri and Portofino offer free seating and Amalfi has traditional dining in two seatings. Though hall assignment depends on proximity to the dining halls, cruisers may request to dine elsewhere. On sea days, reservations at the Italian-cuisine Sabatini’s and Southwest-American-themed Tequila’s provide other meal options. On top of other bars and food stalls, Horizon Court’s 24-hour buffet service is a popular option for passengers opting out of the main dining halls, without the fees of Sabatini’s and Tequila’s.

The Lotus Spa has an Oriental atmosphere where treatments are elevated by the oceanview rooms. Treatments are extensive, from pedicures to massages, with pools surrounded by relaxing Japanese motifs that create an exotic mood

Families

Star Princess has a creative and lively two-deck playroom for the youngsters with a separate teen room, all facilitated by expert counselors. The ship has also dedicated wading and dip pools, hot tubs, a mini ball court, and children-exclusive area at the stern.
