Quantum of the Seas will offer a variety of 22 getaways from Brisbane this summer

Royal Caribbean’s Quantum of the Seas which homeports in Brisbane this summer will offer a wide range of 22 fun-filled itineraries packed with amazing activities, thrilling theatrics, and an overload of fabulous food.

Quantum is renowned for its revolutionary skydiving simulator at sea – Ripcord by iFly, its glow-in-the-dark face-offs in Laser Tag; its rockclimbing wall, roller skating, and the all-new Royal Escape Room with its mind-bending puzzles.

Food-wise, there’s so much to savour and sip from Quantum’s American steakhouse classics at Chop Grille, hand-rolled sushi at Izumi, Tuscan favourites at Jamie’s Italian by Jamie Oliver. And to cap it all, you can get your robot-crafted cocktails at Bionic Bar.

Now you can experience all Quantum of the Seas has to offer onboard by picking your perfect getaway. Here are your options.

2 Night Short Getaway Cruise

For $399 per person in an interior cabin, you can go on a two-night one-way holiday from Brisbane to Sydney departing April 6, 2025. You will spend one day at sea before arriving in Sydney. If you prefer a balcony cabin, you will have to pay $499 per person. The short break will give you sufficient time to try almost all of the deck-defying activities onboard Quantum.

2 Night Weekend Cruise

This round-trip two-night getaway from Brisbane will depart on February 22, 2025. At $429 per person for an interior cabin, Quantum will spend one night at sea before returning to Brisbane.  A balcony cabin will cost $529 per person. The joy of this getaway is that you do not have to worry about flights and airports. It’s simply a weekend of fun onboard Quantum.

3 Night Weekend Cruise

You have a choice of two departure dates for this three-night getaway holiday. For $599 per person for an interior cabin, you can depart on January 31, 2025, and it will cost you $599 per person for an interior cabin. For an extra $100 you can depart on March 7, 202,5 and it will cost you $699 per person for an interior cabin. You will spend two to three days at sea before Quantum arrives back in Brisbane. This longer cruise will give you and your family more time to enjoy all the go-fast goodies and activities onboard.

4 Night Queensland Cruise

This getaway holiday offers three departure dates from Brisbane and also visits Airlie Beach. However, you will spend two days at sea before the ship returns to Brisbane. If you depart on February 3, 2025, it will cost you $699 per person for an interior cabin. If you want to depart on February 24, 2025, it will cost you $799 per person for an interior cabin and for departures on March 10, 2025, it will cost you $899 per person for an interior cabin.

7 Night South Pacific Cruise

This getaway will call at Noumea in New Caledonia and Mystery Island in Vanuatu, before spending a day at sea then back to Brisbane. There are three departure dates. However, all interior cabins are sold out for the holiday departing on December 28. Quantum will also depart on January 24, 2025, and February 7, 202,5, and on both dates, it will cost you $1099 per person for an interior cabin.

7 Night South Pacific Cruise

Quantum will also offer a slightly different itinerary on this 7-night getaway to the South Pacific. She will visit Mystery Island and Port Vila in Vanuatu instead of New Caledonia. There are five departure dates. All interior cabins have been sold out for the itinerary departing on 21 December.

Expect to pay $1799 per person for an interior cabin for departures on January 10, 2025, $1295 per person for an interior cabin for departures on January 17, 2025, the price goes down to $1099pp for an interior cabin for departures on February 28, and up to $1699 per person for departures on March 28, 2025.

8 Night South Pacific Cruise

This 8-night getaway will call on all three popular destinations in the South Pacific – Noumea in New Caledonia, Mystery Island Port Vila in Vanuatu. The itinerary departing on December 13, has sold out its interior cabins. However, passengers can still book an interior cabin at $1209 per person for the cruise departing on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2025. Besides the three ports, there will be two sea days before Quantum returns to Brisbane.

6 Night Queensland Cruise

There is only one sailing on this six-night Queensland itinerary which departs on January 4, 2025. Quantum will sail around the Queensland coast calling at Airlie Beach and Willis Island. However, the ship will not stop at Willis Island. This cruise suits passengers who are keen to take in the beauty and coastal scenery of Queensland as well as to enjoy Quantum’s onboard amenities and attractions. Prices start at $1835pp for an interior cabin.

14 Night New Zealand Cruise

Quantum will offer only one 14-night New Zealand cruise in the new year departing March 24.  The itinerary calls at the Bay of Islands, Tauranga, Wellington, Lyttelton (Christchurch), Dunedin, Dusky Sound, Doubtful Sound, and Milford Sound before arriving back in Brisbane. The starting price is $3899 per person for an interior cabin. If you want to treat yourself, the price of a suite starts from $7444 per person.

  1. I’ve just been on a 5 night cruise on Quantum it was fantastic, on the 13th December i am going on a 8 night cruise on Quantum very excited. Is there any cruises in May-June 2025
