Disney Cruise Line’s 2025/26 season has two new sailings

The cruise line has announced its new season of Australia and New Zealand sailings from October 2025 to February 2026 including new voyages.

The season on the Disney Wonder will feature 3-to-10 night ‘Disney Magic at Sea’ cruises from 19 October 2025.

Onboard, guests will find their favourite Disney characters incorporated into the dining experiences, Broadway-style shows and themed parties throughout the sailing.

What’s new for Disney Cruise Line’s 2025/26 season?

The 2025-2026 season itineraries include a new 10-night Trans-Tasman voyage sailing from Auckland to Sydney from 19 December 2025.

The Disney Wonder will visit five New Zealand destinations for the first-time including Tauranga, Napier, Wellington, Christchurch, and Fiordland National Park.

While aboard a Disney Magic at Sea sailing, guests of all ages can meet their favourite characters from Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars and watch as favourite Disney stories come to life in the Broadway-style shows or during the high-energy deck parties.

Disney Cruise Line’s signature rotational dining include meet and greets Meet Princess Tiana herself at Tiana’s Place, and taste New Orleans cuisine to the sound of live jazz music.

Or celebrate Disney animation at Animator’s Palate where you can draw on your table and your pictures will come to life around the dining room.

Disney is also known for its fantastic entertainment and kids’ club.

Children can learn and play in the youth clubs including Disney’s Oceaneer Club which features a multi-level replica of Andy’s Room from “Toy Story,” or make a splash with the family in Goofy’s Pool.

But the adults will have their own haven too. There are exclusive spaces onboard including an an adults-only pool area, dining venues, and the  Senses Spa & Salon.

Disney Wonder’s deck plan highlights a total of 11 decks, 11 dining options including six restaurants, 10 lounges and bars, three swimming pools, four outdoor Jacuzzis and 12 elevators. 

Staterooms are located at decks 1, 2, 5, 6, 7 and 8. Concierge Suites are also located in Deck 8. 

Walt Disney Theater is housed on Deck 4, together with Animator’s Palate, D Lounge and Prelude Bar. 

The Animator’s Palate which showcases two dinner shows such as “Drawn to Magic” and “Animation Magic” is on Deck 4.

The Buena Vista Theater, It’s a Small World nursery, and Disney’s Oceaneer Lab are all housed midship on Deck 5. 

Deck 9 houses most of the onboard activity hubs like the Aqualab, Goofy’s Family Pool, Quiet Cove Adult Pool and the Fitness and Spa Areas. In addition, this deck also has the Cabanas, the Duck-In Diner, and Pinocchio’s Pizzeria.

The 2025/2026 season of Disney Magic at Sea 3-to-10-night cruises in Australia and New Zealand will set sail from 19 October 2025. Bookings will open for general sale from June 28.

The 2024/2025 Season

Discover the magic of Christmas on board select Disney Magic at Sea sailings for a limited time from 24 November 2024 to 3 January 2025. Guests will delight in enchanting holiday-themed entertainment and festive décor in the atrium plus meet some favourite Disney friends in holiday attire.
