Celebrity Cruises’ 2020/21 season will boast visits to more than 280 ports in 77 countries and 169 overnight stays onboard their four ships, fresh from a $700 million fleet-wide refurbishment.

It will be the first time that two Solstice-class ships are based in Australia, with newly refreshed Celebrity Eclipse homeported in Melbourne and Celebrity Solstice homeported in Sydney. Together, they will cruise more than 40 destinations – the most ever in the region.

“The decision to homeport two ships in the region is testament to the strength of the Australian industry, and to how popular Australia is to international and domestic tourists,” says Susan Bonner, Vice President and Managing Director of Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Australia and New Zealand.

The itineraries include opportunities to discover the landscapes and volcanic mountains of New Zealand, the outback of Australia, the Great Barrier Reef, as well as Tasmania and the islands of the South Pacific, including Fiji. They will also make four turnarounds for Auckland including a 13-night South Pacific return sailing.

If you were looking to sail from island to island in Hawaii, the pair will also be offering 10 to 13-night itineraries there.

Celebrity Constellation and Celebrity Millennium will be heading to Asia after their sprucing up. The modernisation brings redesigned accommodations, exclusive new sanctuaries for Suite Class guests at The Retreat Lounge and The Retreat Sundeck, updated restaurants and lounges, as well as new boutiques featuring the hottest designer names.

Celebrity Constellation will offer 15-night itineraries from Dubai and Singapore, bringing travellers to destinations like Mumbai, and Penang, Malaysia. Travellers will have the opportunity to visit up to seven countries in one sailing, plus extended time to discover the iconic Taj Mahal and Agra Fort in India.

Celebrity Millennium will once again explore all that Asia has to offer with 14-night sailings. Her itinerary includes Hanoi, new port of call, Ishigaki, hosting some of Japan’s finest beaches and an overnight stay in exciting Osaka, Japan’s second largest city. From Osaka, travellers can easily explore more places in Japan, including Kobe and Kyoto.

The last of the quartet that debuting her modernised look is Celebrity Silhouette who will be making her way to South America for the first time. She will be sailing 30 cities across nine countries, from the beaches and nightlife of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to the cosmopolitan streets and fine wines of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and from the rainforests of the Amazon to the icy landscapes of Antarctica.
