Luxury cruise line Oceania Cruises has unveiled more that 80 land tour options in Australia, Asia, Africa, Egypt, the Holy Land, Europe, South America, Alaska and Canada.

The land tours range from one to five nights and offer guests the opportunity to explore historic cities, notable landmarks and nature.

The list is the most extensive to date and guests can go on these tours before, during and after their cruises.

Some of highlights of the tours include a four-night expedition to the Himalayan Kingdom of Nepal and flight-seeing over Mount Everest.

Shorter overnight tours are also available at the White Elephant Safari Lodge in South Africa, which will bring you on two game drives, guided nature walks as well as birdwatching.

Itineraries such as ‘Glaciers, Lagoons and Waterfalls’ in Iceland and ‘Canadian Rockies by Rocky Mountaineer’ also gives you the opportunity to explore the natural wonders that the destination offers as well as getting a taste of the busy metropolis.

Asia

Himalayan Kingdom of Nepal and Mount Everestthis four-night expedition centres on Mumbai and Kathmandu and includes a flightseeing over Mount Everest as well as visits to Patan, Bhadgaon City, Bodhnath Stupa and Pashupatinath. Guests will have a private audience at the Living Goddess, visit a Tibetan monastery and attend an evening prayer ritual.

Taj Mahal: Eternal Masterpiece – available as a two- or three-night package, this overland tour reveals the splendours and history of one of the world’s most fabled architectural masterpieces as well as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New 7 Wonders of the World.
