Princess Cruises’ celebrity chef Curtis Stone will be the star attraction at the upcoming Good Food & Wine Show to be held in Brisbane on 25 October.

Stone will hold two live demonstrations at the Princess Cruises Theatre cooking up a storm with some popular dishes curated from his Share restaurant menu on board the line’s Australian-based ships.

Curtis’ visit will coincide with the maiden arrival of Ruby Princess which will be homeported in Australian waters for this summer cruise season. Ruby Princess will be based in Sydney.

His first show, Seasonality will draw on produce available at this time of the year such as asparagus, radishes and kanpachi as part of his fish menu.

At his second show called Fresh Pasta, Stone will give a step-by-step demonstration on how to make home-made ravioli and cavatelli in just 15 minutes.

“So much of my food ethos comes from my Australian upbringing, so it means a lot to me to be back on home soil, using locally sourced ingredients and demonstrating some basic skills everyone can do at home with their loved ones,” Stone says.

Stone will be joined by other celebrity chefs including Matt Moran, Matt Sinclair, Matt Golinski and Spanish chef Miguel Maestre during the three-day event.
