Riviera has various restaurants on board. The Grand Dining Room has open seating for breakfast, lunch and dinner and serves European cuisine. Casual meals are available at the Terrace Café (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and Waves Grill (lunch). There are also specialty restaurants for dinner, which require reservations. Jacques is fashioned on a French bistro, Polo Grill is a steak house, Red Ginger serves contemporary interpretations of Asian classics and Toscana serves Tuscan and other Italian cuisine.
