Our SeaDreaming outside last night only lasted half an hour, although it was fun – dressed in our SeaDream pyjamas, personalised with our names, SeaDream bathrobes, slippers and the day bed made up with sheets and doonas! Until it started raining on us!

A highlight of today, and an unusual idea from Executive Chef Tomasz, was to have a tea party, showcasing different types of tea from the Tea Forte range. The display was beautifully presented and we could try whatever we liked. There was even iced teas, tea cocktails and tea boxes, pots, cups and accessories to buy.

On SeaDream, besides planning the day around three gourmet main meals, there’s too much to do. I’m actually thinking the days are too short and my desire to get off the ship in each port is getting less just because life is so easy on board.

Because it was sunny today the deck chairs around the pool were all taken, or reserved with books, which was a little annoying. Up on Deck 6 there were still some empty ones although it was blowing a gale and we didn’t stay for long. So back to the pool and into the hot jacuzzi with some cocktails served by Matt at the Pool Bar.

After dinner, we had a performance in the Main Salon, starring Rutzie, a stewardess with a Whitney Houston voice, and Gary the pianist (who also plays nightly at pre-dinner drinks and the Piano Bar).  Most passengers came to have a look and a dancefloor started until midnight!
