The Enchanted Princess, the fifth Royal-class ship was floated out for the first time at the Fincantieri shipyard in Italy yesterday.

Princess Cruises held a ceremony at the shipyard for this major construction milestone and it also marks the start of a new phase of construction.

The focus will now be shifted to outfitting all the interior spaces such as cabins, public lounges and more.

She is the second ship that is built for MedallionClass and will also feature MedallionNet, the largest balcony at sea in the Sky Suite, Take 5 Jazz Theater, a digitally enhanced escape room and more.

The Enchanted Princess will be making her debut in June 2020 and will be sailing a range of cruises in the Mediterranean.

The 3,600-passenger vessel is a sister ship to Royal Princess, Regal Princess, Majestic Princess and the Sky Princess which is going to enter service in just a few months.
