Regent Seven Seas has announced a new World Cruise that will break the bank for most mere mortals.
If you have a spare $1,319,530, the 133-night voyage onboard the Seven Seas Splendor departs Los Angeles in California and visits the forest of Hawaii, idyllic atolls of the South Pacific, the wildlife of Australia and New Zealand, the exotic and bustling cities of Asia before finishing in the magnificent frontiers of Alaska.
It’s the second consecutive year the World Cruise will be hosted on the Seven Seas Explorer. It follows the launch of the 2027 World Cruise when the 4443 square-foot Regent Suite was reserved for $1.7 million.

But if you don’t have a spare $1,319,540, the 2028 World Cruise voyages start from $139,370. The luxury line also announced five extended sailings ranging from 61 to 92 nights.
Three of the voyages will be on the Seven Seas Mariner including a Grand Arctic Expedition; Grand Mediterranean Odyssey; and Grand Southern Seas Sojourn. Seven Seas Voyager will sail around Latin America on a Grand South America Mosaic, meanwhile Seven Seas Explorer makes for a Grand Asia Escape.
Guests can combine the Grand Arctic Expedition and the Grand Mediterranean Odyssey to create a 174-night Grand European Discovery.
The 2028 World Cruise – Legend of the Pacific
Departing January 5, 2028, from Los Angeles, California for a total of 133 nights, the all-inclusive 2028 World Cruise, Legends of the Pacific, aboard Seven Seas Splendor travels to 74 ports, first calling to the paradise of Hawaii before journeying through the South Pacific, New Zealand and both eastern and western Australia.
The itinerary then extensively explores Asia, visiting countries such as Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, China and Japan before journeying through Alaska, and ending in San Francisco, California.
The ship will visit 18 countries on three continents, with up to 409 included and unlimited shore excursions.
The itinerary visits 33 UNESCO World Heritage Sites; includes six overnight stays in Sydney, Australia; Singapore; Bangkok, Thailand; Shanghai, China; and Seoul, South Korea; and stops at three new ports for Regent – Alofi, Niue; Vava’U, Tonga; and Port Denarau, Fiji.
There will also be a one-night pre-cruise hotel stay in Los Angeles and a pre-cruise gala celebration.
Some of the inclusions onboard include unlimited valet laundry with dry-cleaning and pressing, phone time per suite, a commemorative gift, US$400 shipboard credit for visa costs and complimentary onboard medical consultation.
These s are in addition to the all-inclusive Regent experience which includes specialty dining, premium beverages including fine wines and spirits, unlimited WiFi, gratuities, and more.
The 2027/28 Grand Voyages
The five itineraries within the 2027/28 Grand Voyages start with the Grand Arctic Expedition departing from New York on April 29, 2027. The 92-night itinerary finishes in London (Southampton), England. There is an overnight stay in Bordeaux, and guests will spend the spring sailing the great ports of Europe before reaching the Arctic’s midnight sun on this voyage aboard Seven Seas Mariner. The new port of Hamina, Finland is visited on this sailing.
On Seven Seas Mariner’s Grand Mediterranean Odyssey departing July 30, 2027, guests will sail from London (Southampton), England; to Athens, Greece on this 82-night cruise visiting a myriad of destinations across northern Africa, the Aegean, and the Mediterranean. There are also three overnights in Bordeaux, France; Istanbul, Turkey; and Alexandria, Egypt.
Guests on Seven Seas Explorer’s Grand Asia Escape will depart Hong Kong on a 61-night sailing on January 5, 2028. The ship sails through the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan and South Korea before arriving in Tokyo, Japan. Three port overnight stays are included on this voyage, including in Shanghai, China. The new ports of Probolinggo, Indonesia; Yesou, South Korea; and Tokushima, Japan, are visited on this sailing.
Guests on the Grand South America Mosaic will embark on a 65-night roundtrip voyage from Miami, sailing the entire coast of South America onboard Seven Seas Voyager. Departing on January 13, 2028, with five overnight port stays, the ship will also transit through the Panama Canal and sail around the legendary Cape Horn, before exploring the Arctic Peninsula, and Amazon River. Classic South American countries are also on the route including Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Argentina, and Brazil. The new port of San Andrés, Colombia is visited on this sailing.
The final voyage of the Grand Voyagescollection is the Grand Southern Seas Sojourn on board Seven Seas Mariner. This 69-night close to home itinerary departs on February 19, 2028. Spanning Sydney, Australia to Cape Town, South Africa the ship takes in New Zealand, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Madagascar and more along the way with overnight highlights including Bali, Indonesia; Singapore; Port Elizabeth, South Africa; and Cape Town.
