- Ponant has renewed its partnership with the Opera National de Paris to bring ballet dancers onboard.

Ponant Explorations has unveiled 40 themed voyages focusing on art, music, gastronomy and wellness for 2026/2027.
Ponant has renewed its partnership with the Opera National de Paris for two summer departures featuring exclusive performances by dancers from the Opera Ballet. Dancer Roxane Stojanov will be onboard the Mediterranean cruise this year and dancer Amandine Albisson will sail with the line in the Atlantic in 2027. They will perform both onboard the ship and ashore and conduct lectures and ballet classes for guests.
The nine-day sailing with Paris Opera Ballet from Nice to Nice will be onboard Le Boreal and depart on 29 July this year. Prices start from $10,360pp.
The second 10-day voyage from Lisbon to Bordeaux will also be onboard Le Boreal and depart on 6 August 2027. Prices start from $8730pp.

Art enthusiasts can look forward to two itineraries with experts from Christie’s auction house onboard who will share their knowledge and tips.
A 10-day voyage from Valletta to Venice featuring the 61st Venice Biennale aboard Le Bougainville will depart on 1 July this year with prices starting from $11,720pp.
There’s also a nine-day, Nice round-trip itinerary aboard Le Dumont d’Urville which departs on 10 July this year with prices starting from $10,670pp.
In addition, Ponant in partnership with the Pinault Collection will offer an eight-day sailing from Dubrovnik to Venice which departs on 15 June this year. The managing director of the Pinault Collection Emma Lavigne and artist Edith Dekyndt will explore the world of art with guests. In addition guests will be taken on an exclusive tour of the Palazzo Grasso and Punta della Dogana led by experts. Prices for the itinerary aboard Le Dumont d’Urville start from $10,700pp.
Ponant has also partnered with Jazz at the Lincoln Centre and the Marseille Jazz des Cinq Continents to offer voyages where guests can mingle with artists from the international scene including Estonian singer and composer Kadri Voorand.
The 11-day Helsinki to Bergen itinerary aboard Le Commandant Charcot will depart on 23 January 2027 with prices starting from $17,530pp.
There’s also a culinary cruise for food lovers who want to experience a gastronomic adventure with demonstrations and gala dinners led by Michelin-starred chefs from Alain Ducasse’s restaurants.
There’s an eight-day round-trip Reykjavik cruise aboard L’Austral which will feature Jean-Philippe Blondet, the executive chef from Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester. The culinary cruise will depart on 13 June this year with prices starting from $10,610pp.
Dominique Lory, the executive chef of the Hotel de Paris Monte Carlo will lead the nine-day foodie cruise from Nice to Nice aboard Le Dumont d’Urville which departs on 2 July this year with prices starting from $10,060pp.
Ponant has also scheduled other gastronomic cruises to feature former chefs of the White House and other heads of state to provide an immersive experience through their dishes.
