Ponant Explorations has unveiled more than 150 unforgettable itineraries in the Mediterranean, Northern Europe and Atlantic Islands for 2027/28.
The new season of immersive journeys will include more than 80 Mediterranean voyages to explore the Adriatic, Aegean and Tyrrhenian Seas calling at magical destinations such as Corsica, Malta, Sicily and the Iberian Peninsula.
There will also be 14 family-friendly Kids Explorers’ sailings, short getaway journeys of up to six days and themed cruising created in partnership with renowned institutions such as Smithsonian Journeys, Ducasse Paris and Opera National de Paris.
In Northern Europe, Ponant Explorations will have a selection of sailings to explore the British Isles, Scotland, Ireland, the Hebrides, Orkney Islands, the Norwegian fjords, the Baltic Sea and the Faroe Islands.
For journeys to the Atlantic Islands, the line will offer several itineraries to the Canary Islands, Madeira, Cape Verde and the Azores. You will be able to go whale watching or take a leisurely gourmet walk.

Canary Islands, Morocco and the Iberian Peninsula.
Ponant is offering an eight-night aboard Le Dumont d ‘Urville for an unforgettable voyage to discover majestic volcanoes and the rich heritage of the Moroccan coast and shores of Spain. You will immerse yourself in the heart of the vibrant cities and learn about the souks, small squares, alleyways and bustling markets in Tangier and Casablanca. Culture and Islands of the Mediterranean. There is an 11-night itinerary aboard Le Bougainville to explore the culture and traditions from the Balearic Islands to Malta via Sardinia, Tunisia, Sicily and Calabria. You will visit historic ports, towns, sun-drenched shores and learn about the architectural treasures of Palermo and Syracuse. You will also be able to experience the timeless elegance of Valletta. This journey tells the story of the rise of some of the Mediterranean’s greatest civilizations. In Tunis, you will also be able to explore the UNESCO-listed archaeological site of Carthage. Northern Europe.
There’s an 11-night journey aboard Le Laperouse from Brest in France to Tromso in Norway, to explore the Nordic Sea’s treasures. You will learn about the wild nature along the shores of the North Sea, the Norwegian Sea and across the mythical Arctic Circle. At each port of call, you will learn about the history of the Vikings and culture of their treasures and marvel at the fjords. Prices start from $10,300pp.
There’s a 10-night itinerary aboard Le Bellot from Glasgow to Reykjavik where you will travel from the volcanic edges of Iceland to the shores of the wild and magnetic North.
In Ireland and Scotland, you will experience the highlands carved by lochs and learn about the secrets of the Faroe Islands. Marvel at the sheer peaks and jagged cliffs sheltering seabird colonies. Prices start from $15,710pp.
Atlantic Coasts and Islands
From Celtic Shores to the Bay of Biscay.
There’s an eight-night voyage aboard Le Champlain from Glasgow to Bordeaux to experience the rich heritage and maritime legacy of the region.
