Four Seasons Yachts has unveiled what it is like to eat and drink like a millionaire – better make that a billionaire onboard its super-luxe yacht when it launches in 2026.

In true tycoon style, guests will be able to dine and wine with a choice of 11 unique restaurants and bars onboard.

Specially curated by the line’s acclaimed chefs, sommeliers and mixologists, Four Seasons’ yachting style will include indulgent omakase and refined Mediterranean specialties.

“Our restaurants and bars are the heartbeat of our hotels, and when we set sail in 2026, the same will be true aboard Four Seasons I, creating moments of connection, celebration and culinary excellence at sea,” says Alejandro Reynal, President and CEO Four Seasons.

Dining will be a feast for the eyes and a gastronomic experience.

Here are the highlights of Four Season I’s dining and drinking venues:

Sedna – This is Four Seasons’ centrepiece culinary restaurant with a rotating master chefs-in-residence. With sommelier-curated wine pairings, guests will enjoy a sophisticated dining experience.

Terasse – Influenced by the glamour of the Cote dAzur, this relaxed and elegant Mediterranean dining venue will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner featuring freshly-caught seafood. It wil have an open kitchen and live culinary stations.

Salon – This is the perfect pre-dinner meeting place to meet and mingle over a cocktail or exquisite glass of fine wine.

Bar Piscine – This poolside retreat has an extended Mediterranean bites with a range of beverages with special vintages from Provence and Champagne.

Champagne & Caviar – This indulgent, intimate adults-only terrace bar will offer a perfect pairing of fine champagne and rare caviar in an elegant setting overlooking the pool deck.

Miuna – A haven for sushi lovers. The omakase menu caters for only 16 guests per seating. Guests will be able to enjoy an lively conversation with the sushi chef and learn about its signature sake pairings from Kyoto or Fukushima.

Horizon Lounge – This Moroccan-inspired retreat with a plunge pool at its heart is the perfect place to share a exotic cocktails under the open skies.

Marina Bar – This refreshing  retreat will open when watersports activities are in session. With sun loungers and dining tables, guests can indulge in a delicious light meal washed down with a refreshing cocktail or two.

Bar O – A sophisticated lounge for rare vintage liquors served in a 1960’s jetset Europe. A gorgeous place to toast a memorable milestone.
