Oceania Cruises renowned for serving the finest cuisine at sea is returning to Australian waters with Regatta spending her summer season Down Under.

Regatta which has recently undergone a renovation, touched down in Darwin earlier this month on the way to Asia and is now returning for more Aussie voyages, visiting ports such as Kangaroo Island, Burnie and Melbourne. Then a long awaited touchdown at Sydney’s Overseas Passenger Terminal will occur on December 12, kicking off the first of seven summer itineraries.

Steve Odell, SVP & Managing  Director Asia Pacific, Oceania Cruises said: “This is the first time we’ve had an Oceania Cruises ship in Australia and New Zealand  since 2019, so we are delighted to welcome Regatta back to the region. She will be in  Australia, New Zealand, Asia and South Pacific waters for the entire summer season, with  plenty of opportunities for immersive exploration.

Seeing Regatta sailing back into Sydney Harbour will be cause for celebration for many  Australians who enjoy her luxury small ship ambience.”

If you’re looking to join the fun there are still some availability throughout Regatta’s season, even on  ‘The Aussie Adventure’ itinerary,  a 35-day epic voyage that will circumnavigate Australia’s coast. This voyage can also be broken down into slightly more modest two or three week voyages.

There are also some options sailing to New Zealand, with itineraries available that will take you through New Zealand’s fantastic fjords and stunning scenery.

Another option is a 28-day journey leaving Sydney on February 28 in pursuit of Papeete, Tahiti, Vanuatu, Fiji, Samoa, Bora Bora and more.
