Cunard’s Queen Victoria will undergo an extensive refurbishment to reinforce her unmistakable British elegance.

  • Australians will be among the first to see her transformation when she arrives in Sydney during her World Voyage in February 2027.
  • The revitalised Queen Victoria will have a refreshed Grand Lobby, Queens Room and upgraded suites.
  • A new Pavilion Wellness Cafe will be added to serve breakfast and lunch focusing on a plant-based cuisine.

Cunard’s Queen Victoria will undergo an extensive refurbishment to reinforce her unmistakable British elegance.

Queen Victoria will soon boast a refreshed Grand Lobby, an elegant Queens Room to serve its signature Afternoon Tea and upgraded suites.

Australians will be among the first guests to experience Queen Victoria’s transformation when she heads Down Under in February next year on her World Voyage.

The 2061-passenger ship will enter dry dock in Rotterdam in October this year.

Queen Victoria will have a revitalized Grand Lobby to enhance the sense of arrival when guests first check-in; a refreshed Queens Room where guests are served the traditional Afternoon Tea and glamorous gala evenings; an upgraded Queens Grill and Princess Grill suites with sumptuous furnishings to deliver both comfort and style at sea.

In addition, Cunard will introduce eight different stateroom categories featuring floor-to-ceiling windows for panoramic ocean views. The new staterooms will go on sale from 21 July 2026.

Queen Victoria will also have a new Pavilion Wellness Café to serve breakfast, lunch and daytime dining focusing on a plant-based cuisine with sustainably sourced meat, fish and dairy.

Queen Victoria will return to service on 7 November this year in time for her 2027 voyages in the Mediterranean, the Norwegian Fjords and the World Voyage, including sectors to and from Sydney.
