The new ocean-going yacht, Emerald Azzurra has floated out from its shipyard in Vietnam, marking a year before she debuts on the Red Sea in 2022.

Emerald Cruises will launch the boutique ship which can accommodate only 100 guests with an eight-day Best of the Red Sea itinerary on 28 January 2022.

Emerald Azzurra which can access small ports where large ships cannot enter, will feature a spa, gym, sauna and a Zodiac for shore excursions. She will also have a marina platform for guests to snorkel, paddle board or swim off the ship.

Prices for the eight-day Red Sea itinerary start from $4778 pp for an oceanview stateroom. Guests can take advantage of the super earlybird savings on a balcony stateroom from $5903 pp and save from $2624 per couple.

As Angus Crichton, director of sales marketing and product at Emerald Cruises said the super earlybird savings of up to 30 per cent on selected cabins and itineraries are available for bookings made before 31 March 2021.

Prices include airport transfers, gratuities and excursions.

Emerald Azzurra will also offer an 11-day Holy Land, Egypt and Red Sea cruise departing Limassol in Cyprus on 26 December 2022. Prices start from $7144 pp. The itinerary will visit Haifa, Ashdod, Alexandria, Ain Sokhna and Sharm el-Sheikh and end in Aqaba in Jordan. With the super earlybird savings, passengers can save up to  $3474 per couple if they book a balcony stateroom from $8853 pp.

There is also a 15-day Discover French and Italian coastlines itinerary departing Nice on 6 August 2022 with prices starting from $8675pp. The cruise will visit Southern Italy and call at Calvi, Sorrento, Amalfi and Dubrovnik. With the super earlybird savings, you can save up to $7270 per couple with prices starting from $12,005 pp for a balcony stateroom.
