Spoiled, spoiled, spoiled… How good can this get?

This afternoon we made use of the Balinese Dream Beds up on Deck 6 while SeaDream I was anchored off Itea. It’s not often that you get to see the sun rise and set in the same day but that’s what we did, blessed with perfect weather.

As my partner and I got comfy, I decided to wander the few metres away to order cocktails. A few seconds later, someone calls my name and I see Mark the waiter has already come to our day bed to take our order! Even ordering from the bar is rare here!

A couple of hours in the sun and it’s time to get ready for dinner, served out on Deck 5 tonight. The nightly Cocktail Party is on the pool deck tonight and passengers are drinking whatever they wish. It’s a Margarita for me, whipped up by Alex, a South African cocktail mixing and bottle-throwing champion. Needless to say he hits his mark with this one!

Dinner is, again, a treat and our waiter Felix, has a laugh with us while taking our orders. It’s won ton soup, grilled turbot fish (the fastest fish in the ocean, Felix says) and a cheese platter for dessert.

Tonight’s film is Captain Corelli’s Mandolin, starring Nicholas Cage and Penelope Cruz. It’s set in Fiskardho where we’re going tomorrow and is being shown on a giant screen behind the swimming pool. Hot buttered popcorn, and then it’s off to bed!
