The custom-built AmaPura was launched in 2014 and cruises Myanmar’s Irrawaddy River. The 188-foot vessel combines modern and traditional design with elegant public areas including a restaurant, lounge and bar. All suites have in-room temperature control, deluxe hotel-style bedding, bathroom with L’Occitane toiletries, flat-screen television, in-house phone, safe, USB jack, complimentary bottled water replenished daily and a desk.
AmaPura’s onboard restaurant serves a buffet breakfast and lunch. There are selections of hot entrees, soups, salads and desserts. For dinner, guests are offered a range of regionally inspired cuisine and traditional favourites.
AmaPura has a spa/massage area, a gift shop, a lounge with bar and a sun deck for lounging, enjoying a cocktail and watching the scenery drift by.
