Wind Spirit

Built in 1988 and most recently refurbished in 2015, Wind Spirit is a four-masted sailing yacht. It has six triangular, self-furling, computer-operated sails, engines for when the wind is not favourable and a hydraulic ballast system for smooth sailing. With wide teak decks and a gross tonnage of 5,736, Wind Spirit feels like a private yacht. It has four decks and carries 148 guests and 88 crew.

Accommodation

Wind Spirit has 73 deluxe ocean view staterooms and an owner’s suite. All cabins have luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding, a flat-screen television, mini-bar, telephone, DVD/CD player with ipod dock and Bose speakers, robes, slippers, underbed storage for luggage, a shoe rack, complimentary toiletries from L’Occitane and a bathroom with a shower.

Food

Wind Spiritoffers two primary dining venues. AmphorA restaurant offers gourmet, course-by-course cuisine in the evenings and Veranda restaurant offers casual buffet and full-service dining for breakfast and lunch. All dining is open seating. And, for dining under the stars, make a reservation for Candleswhich features steaks and skewers.

Activities

Onboard there is a full-service salon for hair and nail care. The WindSpa has two treatment rooms and offers body sculpting, body composition analysis, personal training, wraps, facials and teeth whitening. There is also a water-sports platform, casino, library, pool and hot tub on board.

Families

There are no facilities or activities on board for children.
