Regent Seven Seas Cruises has unveiled a new specialty restaurant, Azure serving exquisite Mediterranean cuisine aboard its new Seven Seas Prestige to be launched next year.
Azure will serve mezze-style dining with shared plates to reflect the rich cultures and vibrant mix of sun-soaked Mediterranean flavours from Morocco, Spain, Italy, Greece and Lebanon.
Azure will be one of seven, complimentary specialty restaurants out of a total of 11 dining experiences aboard Seven Seas Prestige. A chandelier, inspired by olives and olive trees will be the centrepiece feature of the restaurant.
“Cuisine has always been at the heart of the Regent experience and with Seven Seas Prestige, we are taking our commitment to Epicurean Perfection to an entirely new level,” said Jason Montague, chief luxury officer of RSSC. “Azure is an innovative and exciting new dining experience that will bring fresh flavours and a bold new concept for Regent guests to enjoy.”
The new restaurant will compliment RSSC other specialty restaurants including Prime 7, Chartreuse, Pacific Rim and La Veranda.
Seven Seas Prestige will be able to accommodate 822 guests boasting one of the highest passenger-to-space ratios in the cruise industry. She will have lavishly-furnished suites including the palatial Regent Suite, well designed restaurants, bars and lounges.
Seven Seas Prestige will debut in 2026.
