Princess Cruises announced their longest world cruise – a 116-day voyage in 2025.
The cruise will be offered as two different roundtrip options out of either Fort Lauderdale, on January 5, 2025, or Los Angeles on January 20, 2025. Across almost four months of sailing, Island Princess will pay a visit to 51 destinations, 26 countries, and six continents.
Through this journey, guests will get to see 27 UNESCO World Heritage Sites, meaning you’ll return home with memories of sites like the Egyptian Pyramids, Singapore Botanical Gardens, Old City of Dubrovnik, The Ancient Greek City of Ephesus, and much more. Other noteworthy highlights include an overnight in Dubai, and late-night stays in hotspots like Cartagena, Casablanca, and Sydney.
World cruise fares always reward those who make their minds up snappily, and Princess has put out a range of promotions encouraging cruisers to do just that.
If you book a suite, reserve collection, or mini-suite, you’ll be flown first class return to LA or Fort Lauderdale, or if you book a balcony you’ll be flown economy. Other early booking benefits include a 60% reduction off the Princess Plus package, USD$500 (AUD $750) onboard credit per guest, coupons for specialty dining, and more.
John Padgett, president of Princess Cruises said: “Weโre highly regarded for our World Cruises and our 2025 voyage promises to be one for the ages as our longest adventure ever offered.
“Our expert itinerary planners have assembled an unmatched combination of popular ports and off-the-beaten-path locales for a global journey not found anywhere else.โ

I am disabled and I don’t want to have to mix with passengers and crew who could make us VERY ILL. My husband an I enjoy cruising and we DON’T want to worry about being sick. we should remember that sometimes we are all in confined spaces.
Unvaccinated should be allowed to sail. What is the difference of Unvaccinated and those vaccinated two years ago?
It is proven vaccination does not prevent infection nor does it prevent spreading.
We are mixing everywhere else why not cruise?
