Luxury line Silversea has taken delivery of its new, ultra-luxe expedition ship, Silver Ray, the second ship in its innovative Nova class.
She is scheduled to go on her maiden voyage from Lisbon on June 15 where she will spend her inaugural season in the Mediterranean before crossing the Atlantic to the Americas in December this year.
She joins her sister ship, Silver Nova as one of the most energy efficient, ultra-luxury, expedition ship ever built.
What’s onboard Silver Ray
“Silver Ray is the newest, ultra-luxury and expedition jewel in Royal Caribbean Group’s game-changing fleet,” said Jason Liberty, President and CEO of RCG.
The ship will have a wide selection of restaurants and bars including Sea And Land Taste (S.A.L.T). There are also new outdoor venues – the Dusk Bar and Marquee and the pool deck.
Silver Ray will be able to accommodate 728 guests with a butler service in all suites.
