Ibiza Gran Hotel will reopen on April 3 with a series of new and exclusive experiences.

This includes a series of Michelin-Starred Four Hands Dinners hosted at La Gaia by Óscar Molina from April 13.

Chef Molina and guest chef, Andreu Genestra will host a menu that features local and traditional flavours of his home island, Mallorca.

Also joining the line-up is two Michelin-starred chef Paco Roncero, one of the leading interpreters of avant-garde Spanish cuisine.

The Ibiza Gran Hotel will have 187 luxurious and unique suites and the hotel is located close to the old town and the marina.

Some of the services on offer include luxurious personal shopping experiences, private champagne art tours and rich local vineyard visits, to curated wellness journeys, dolphin tours and island hopping excursions, Ibiza Gran Hotel has something for everyone.

The property has the special Open Spa, a temple of well-being spanning over 1,300 m2 and comprising four zones that are mutually complementary: Rituals, Aqua, Fitness, and Beauty, offering a unique experience of profound well-being.

La Gaia by Óscar Molina, delivers seasonal, locally inspired cuisine with a celebrated Mediterranean flare. Its honest gastronomy reflects an ecological awareness and environmental responsibility, using seasonal and local produce to offer a zero-kilometre menu.

Downtown Ibiza by Cipriani serves Italian favorites while The Grand Breakfast and Pool restaurant ensures every meal at Ibiza Grand Hotel is punctuated by fresh products.

Opening for the first full season are iconic and internationally famed Zuma bringing its legendary izakaya dining concept to Ibiza and late-night venue, Club Chinois, from the team at the world-famous Park Chinois in Mayfair.
