Royal Caribbean could be bringing year-round cruising to Australia from 2027, to coincide with the arrival of Lelepa as a private destination on Australian itineraries.
It’s fair to say that recently Royal Caribbean and Juneau haven’t exactly seen eye to eye. The large cruise line and the small Alaskan town of around 30,000 people have been clashing over their differing visions for the port in Juneau.Â
Royal Caribbean blog reported seeing the prices jump up, with many of the cruise lines signature cocktails which were previously USD$14, now costing USD$15.
Premium or luxury cruising is often something that’s thought to be simply out of reach for most Aussie cruisers, who have traditionally opted for lines such as Carnival Cruises, P&O Australia and Royal Caribbean.Â
