Silver Wind has 143 suites, ranging from 240 square feet (Vista Suites) to 827ย square feet for the two-bedroom Owner’ยs Suites. All suites have mini bars stocked with guests’ preferences of drinks and refreshments, flat-screen televisions, DVD players, free Wi-Fi, walk-in closets, marble bathrooms and hair-dryers. Silver Wind has a variety of gastronomic delights. The Restaurant opens at 8am for breakfast, lunch is served at 12.30 to 2pm and dinner is available fromย 7.30pm to 9.30pm. All three meals haveย open seating arrangements. Le Champagne, theย only Wine Restaurant by Relais & Chรขteaux at sea, servesย a set tasting menu of regionally inspired dishes, and the more casual La Terrazza serves buffet-style breakfast and lunch and, in the evening,ย transforms into an ร la carte Italian restaurant. The first time was 20 years ago during her Inaugural season. Considering she is nigh on 20 years old the state of her upkeep was fantastic. My suite was of course in the style of 20 years ago,ย Spotless and kept so by a very keen maid aided by a butler.A large walk in wardrobe with lots of coat hangers and an easily accessed safe. A lovely comfortable bed and pillows.ย the bathroom was a disaster without a walk in shower and being disabled it was a nightmare to have to climb in over a highsided bath to have a shower.There are apparently only 2 disabled suites on this ship .Yes there were plenty of handholds once you got in.ย ย Bandruidh
