Queen Elizabeth is the second largest of the Cunard cruise line. This ship has classic interior décor. This luxury cruise ship is suitable for mature cruisers, single travellers and families with kids on a holiday vacation. This vessel was launched in autumn 2010 and can accommodate 2,058 passengers on board. The classy style of Queen Elizabeth earned her the nickname the new queen. This ship has The Grand Lobby which is filled with lavish furnishings. There are several choices on board for lounges, public rooms and bars.

Queen Elizabeth has three categories of accommodation namely Queens Grill, Britania Club and Britannia Restaurant-grade Princess Grill. There are four grand suites (Bisset, Illingworth, Charles and Rostron) which measures from 1,918 to 2131 square feet and has a private balcony. There are two units for the Master Suites (Britten and Thomson) which measures around 1,100 square feet and is found at the center of the ship. The Penthouse Suites is around 520 to 707 square feet. Queens Suites measures 508 to 771 square feet. All of the accommodations have toiletries from Penhaligon.

The main dining room on board Queen Elizabeth is the two-decked Britannia Restaurant. Alternative restaurants include The Verandah and The Lido (buffet). There are two seatings. One at 6pm and the other one is at 8:30pm. Passengers can reserve a seat for two, or groups of four, six and eight. Breakfasts are available 8am to 9:30am (sea days) while 7:30am to 9am on port days. Lunch is served at 12:30pm to 2pm. Open seating is available for both breakfast and lunch. Passengers on suite accommodation will have their dinner on Queens or Princess Grill restaurant.

Queen Elizabeth has The Cunard Royal Health Club and Spa which offers beauty salon services. Passengers can also access the gymnasium with state of the art exercise and muscle toning machines. Aerobics area is also accessible. The changing rooms on board are separated for women and men. Private Hammam-style steam bathing and Rasul Chamber as well as a relaxation area is accessible for passengers. All spa treatments comes with an added 12.5% gratuity.

Queen Elizabeth is family-friendly because of its facilities. Passengers can find a playroom referred to as The Playzone with plenty of toys and it is located on Deck 10. The Kids Zone is meant for eight to 12 year olds. They can play different sporting games, consoles, do arts and craft and karaoke. The Teen Zone is for teenagers ages 13 to 17 years old. They can hang out on The Teen Zone where they can find computer games, Xbox, air hockey and Wii. On port days these facilities are open and advance booking must be done for younger kids.
