Costa NeoRiviera

Costa neoRiviera is inspired by the charm and atmosphere of the Italian Riviera, Cote d’’Azur and the Amalfi Coast. It can accommodate 1,248 guests across its 12 passenger decks, with 600 crew members. The 48,200 tonne ship was launched in 1999 and known as Grand Mistral before joining Costa Cruises in 2013. It is one of the line’s first “neo” ships, which offer longer stopovers, more unusual destinations and more intimate spaces than its other ships.

Accommodation

On board are 624 cabins, including 94 suites with a private balcony. All cabins have a personal safe, coffee machine, hairdryer, mini-fridge and a flat-screen televisions. There are five classes of accommodation: Interior, Oceanview, Balcony, Mini Suit, and Suite. The sizes range from 140 to 237 square feet, depending on the class.

Food

Restaurant Cetera is the main dining venue on board, with open seating for all meals. St Tropez is a more intimate dining venue for passengers on deck 10. There is also a buffet and an outdoor pool bar serving pizza and grills. Menus focus on Italian dishes.

Activities

The Santai Spa has a gym, aerobics room, treatment rooms, sauna and steam rooms, thalassotherapy room and beauty salon. There is a pool, two whirlpools and a dedicated area for basketball and volleyball.

Families

There is a children’s play area with an outdoor swing set, jungle gym and slide. The Squok Club is open for children aged three to 12 years. The children are divided into two groups (three-six and seven-12 years) for activities organised by the staff.
