Overview: Adventure of the Seas is one of the five Royal Caribbean Voyager Class ships – the other four are Navigator of the Seas, Voyager of the Seas, Explorer of the Seas and Mariner of the Seas. She made her maiden voyage in 2001. She carries 3,114 passengers and employs 1,180 crew members.

Accommodation: She has four accommodation types, including suite/deluxe, balcony, outside and interior.

They all have a television, telephone, private bathroom, shower, vanity area and even a hair-dryer.

Dining: Main Dining Room; Windjammer Café; Jade Sushi and Asian-fusion cuisine; Café Promenade; Portofino Italian restaurant; Johnny Rockets; and Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream.

Bars/Lounges: She has 15 bars, clubs and lounges, including Duck & Dog Pub and Jester’s nightclub.

Entertainment: Vitality Spa; four pools including the adults only Solarium; six whirlpools; fitness centre; Rock-climbing wall; Ice-skating rink; Mini-golf course; Basketball court; In-line skating track; ice-skating shows; and Golf simulator.

For the kids: Adventure Ocean Youth Programme; Royal Babies and Royal Tots programme; Teen lounge areas and disco; and  the Adventure Beach children’s pool with water slide.
