Ultimate Guide: Majestic Princess

The Majestic Princess

Majestic Princess is commencing her fifth season in Australia as part of the Royal-class deployment down under, alongside her sister ship, Royal Princess. These two magnificent vessels were built by Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri in Monfalcone and feature the line’s signature Medallion technology, which allows guests to receive personalised service throughout the ship.

The wearable Medallion technology enables guests to order food and drinks from anywhere on the ship, with delivery to their location. It also provides keyless entry to staterooms and can adjust the air conditioning as you approach your suite. Delivered to your home prior to the cruise—an option available in Australia—you can book meals and shore excursions before you board.

Majestic Princess had her maiden voyage in 2017, after which she was initially deployed to the Chinese market. However, in 2021, the ship was repositioned to North America, the California Coast, and Australia. She sails to various destinations around Australia, the South Pacific, as well as New Zealand during the wave season

2025/26 Itineraries and Destinations

The Majestic Princess has a lot to offer in the 2025/26 season, with itineraries that’ll take you to some seriously stunning spots. Early in the year, she’s cruising the Caribbean from Fort Lauderdale, with plenty of sun-soaked islands to explore. Then, it’s off across the Atlantic to Barcelona, with stops in places like Madeira and Cádiz for a little European flavour.

As the weather warms up, the Mediterranean takes centre stage (Corfu, Santorini, Athens) those classic destinations that never disappoint.

By June, she’s making her way around the British Isles, dropping by cities like Belfast and even sneaking in a stop in Paris. For something really special, she heads to Iceland and Norway, where you’ll find fjords, waterfalls, and landscapes that are just next-level.

No matter where she’s headed, the Majestic Princess will make these destinations unforgettable—and give you a comfy place to come back to at the end of each day.
