Uniworld in partnership with the luxury loungewear brand Lunya, will operate its first-ever women’s only cruise this August.
The cruise will feature special activities and guests including Saturday Night Live alumni, Rachel Dratch.
The itinerary departs on August 24, 2025, and will sail through Burgandy and Provence in France. The highlights include wellness-inspired excursions as well as activities, leaning towards females like lavender weaving, scenic bike rides and truffle hunting.
Onboard, guests will be able to enjoy pyjama parties, interactive burlesque sessions as well as wine and chocolate pairings.
There will also be a 45-minute comedy performance from Rachel Dratch followed by a Q&A the next day.
The women onboard will be pampered with exquisite cuisine, including local sourced farm-to-table dishes with an unlimited selection of premium wine and spirits.
On top of that, there will be wellness-focused activities such as yoga sessions and spa treatments designed to help guests relax and rejuvenate throughout the trip. Ultimately, the trip is designed to foster connection and personal growth and guests will be encouraged to engage in conversations about female empowerment, health and creativity.
“Our first-ever ‘Women-Only Cruise’ is all about creating a space for women to unwind, connect, and feel celebrated,” said Ellen Bettridge, president and CEO of Uniworld.
“We’re thrilled to partner with one of my favourite rest wear brands, Lunya, which was founded by women to create products rooted in luxury. The collaboration aligns perfectly with our goal of delivering a journey that pampers our guests both onboard and beyond.”
The cruise will feature two exclusive Lunya pyjama styles, available for guests to purchase at a special price before the trip. These luxury pyjamas will be delivered directly to guests’ cabins, allowing them to feel pampered and ready for pyjama party.
