CroisiEurope has started offering Nile voyages between March to December 2025 and February to December 2026 aboard the full-chartered Star of Luxor.
The cruise line, known for its European offerings has eight, 10, and 11-day voyages on the famous Egyptian river.
On an eight-day port-to-port voyage from Luxor, the “Cruise on the Nile: Land of the Pharaohs” itinerary boasts a journey through the temples, tombs, pyramids, and villages of the Nile from Luxor to Aswan. Highlights include landmarks of Upper Egypt including The Karnak Temple Complex, Luxor, Edfu, the Philae Temple Complex, and Kom Ombo, plus a local boat tour around the island of Elephantine.
The cruise offers an all-inclusive onboard experience with all meals and drinks (drinks with meals only) included, specialty local cuisine, an onboard tour leader or cruise director, travel assistance and repatriation insurance, and all port fees.
The cruises are offered onboard a selection of several Croisi premium ships including the RV Star of Luxor. She boasts a capacity of 106 guests, 53 cabins over 3 decks, a rooftop pool, and an upper deck restaurant. Cabins are generously sized up to 16 square meters and suites 22 square meters with full amenities.
Prices start from $1918 per person twin share and include sailings on a selection of several premium ships including the RV Star of Luxor. Prices have been reduced from $2589 per person. The next cruises depart March 22 and March 29.
The “Odyssey on the Nile” immersive cruise sails from Luxor to Aswan and back with several highlights including a journey aboard a dahabeah (19th-century sailboat), an overnight stay in exceptional hotels at the Winter Palace Luxor and the Old Cataract Aswan plus visits to exceptional UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
The Dahabieh Abydos is a magnificent, small-size luxury ship measuring 45 meters long and 8 m wide. She accommodates 18 passengers in nine cabins spread out over one deck and a crew of 15 members. Each cabin has a surface area of 9.5 square meters, except for two suites that have an area of 12.6 square meters. A Sun Deck offers a wide-open view of the Nile and its banks with chaise lounges and an open-air lounge which also doubles as the bar and restaurant. Meals are served outside under the canopy or the stars.
Prices start from $11,020 per person twin share and include sailings on the Dahabieh Abydos. Cruises depart on October 3 and October 10.
The “Cairo and Cruise on the Nile” itinerary from Luxor’s begins by unearthing the hidden treasures of Egypt’s capital. Highlights include the Giza pyramid and Sphinx, the necropolis in Saqqara, and the pyramid of Teti. A favourite is a visit to the Museum of Antiquities and the Treasures of Tutankhamun.
Prices start from $5414 per person twin share and include sailings on the RV Star of Luxor. This price has been reduced from $5753 per person. The next cruises depart March 19 and March 26.
Flights, transfers, Egyptian visa, and optional extra excursions are not included.
