Tauck ups the ante for European river cruises with two new riverboats arriving 2026

All-inclusive luxury river cruise line Tauck is looking to ramp up capacity for its European river cruise fleet, locking in two new vessels for delivery in 2016.

The heritage US travel brand is making tracks towards its 100th anniversary, securing two brand-new, custom-designed riverboats which will handle Seine and Rhône itineraries once delivered. with each capped at 130 guests per cruise, the two vessels feature that highly sought sense of privacy and exclusivity that Tauck is known for. Around 80% of the cabin stock will be 225-square-feet or larger while a new category, “Category One” will offer solo-friendly cabins with 180-square-feet, expanded bathrooms and no single supplement.
