The demand for solo travelling is not slowing down and cruise lines are waiving single supplements and making space to welcome solo travellers on board.

To get the best deal as a solo traveller, you can look out for special offers, or sail with lines like Riviera Travel River Cruises and Tauck River Cruises that offers a select number of waived single supplements on every sailing.

Getting the single supplement waived also benefits cruisers travelling in groups but would prefer to have individual cabins.

Lines like CroisiEurope which have dedicated solo cabins on board, is also good choice for solo travellers when sailing year round.

River Cruise Passenger has found six lines with solo supplement offers on both 2019 and 2020 itineraries in Europe and Asia.

These offers often have limited availability on each sailing, so get in early to save your spot.
