We were offered an upgrade to a mini-suite close to departure date and we took it. The cabin boy was beyond excellent. The range of restaurants and styles of food is just incredible.
This was our fifth cruise with Carnival so we knew what to expect and were not disappointed. . The cabin was spacious and well equipped with a king sized bed, extra lounge and large wardrobe. The ensuite was fine with shower and vanity.
Service was excellent. Diamond Princess is a lovely ship and our inside stateroom was great. We loved all dining experiences. Any one who likes a relaxing holiday will like the Diamond Princess.
Sea princess is a 5 star floating hotel with 6 star dining. The staff gives excellent service and are very, very attentive to all your needs. The drinks package is a must.
Pacific Jewel had plenty to choose from in the way of bars, entertainment and restaurants. The included-dining was excellent and we never felt the need to splash out on the premium places.
I loved the fairly small and uncrowded nature of the ship. It was a long TransPacific cruise and we seemed to not have any noisy kids or distractions. The cabin was roomy with a nice balcony.
Our On Board host Rosie Kelly has just returned from sailing the Majestic Princess in the Mediterranean with her daughter. She and publisher Peter Lynch discuss her journey - and the changes to the ship, one of Australia's favourites after her many seasons sailing our own waters.
