1. Promoter
The Promoter is Cruise Passenger (Cruise Media Australasia PTY LTD; ABN 33 164 325 866; Suite G01, 46a Macleay Street, Potts Point, NSW 2011, Australia). APT Luxury Travel supply the Prize.
2. The Prize (“Prize”)
The prize is a fifteen (15) day / fourteen (14) night APT Magnificent Europe River Cruise for two (2) adults in a Main deck category A cabin[cite: 2]. The river cruise departs Budapest and ends in Amsterdam[cite: 2]. The total prize pool is valued at $43,590 AUD (RRP).
The Cruise Prize Includes:
15 day / 14 night APT Magnificent Europe River Cruise for two adults[cite: 2].
Domestic and international economy airfares for two (2) adults from any Australian capital city to the start and end point of the cruise up to the value of $3,000 (per person)[cite: 2]. The airline will be selected by APT[cite: 2].
Exclusive Signature Experiences, including a visit to Namedy Castle, a Cocktail Party and Private Performance at Vienna’s City Palace, and a Gaisberg Mountain Lunch.
The Cruise Prize does not include:
Any additional costs including increased costs for Economy flights or upgrades (which are the responsibility of the prize winner)[cite: 2].
Transport to and from airline departure points, including additional domestic or international airfares if required[cite: 2].
Spending money, passports, visas, and travel insurance[cite: 2].
Additional meals, any extra sightseeing or activities, and optional tours not outlined[cite: 2].
Any additional accommodation, room upgrades, or additional nights.
Medical expenses, items of a personal nature, beverages, laundry, telephone calls, and all other ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize[cite: 2].
Any extension to the duration of the prize (which is at the winner’s sole expense and subject to availability at the time of booking).
3. Promotion Entry Period

It will be promoted via the Cruise Passenger website, eNewsletter, website and social media channels.
4. Entrants & Entry Method
Entry is open to Australian residents only who are 18 years and over.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter.
Entry into the Promotion is free.
Entry is via an online form requiring the following mandatory fields: Title (Mr, Mrs, Miss, Ms, Dr, Mx), First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Mobile (international format preferred), State (VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD, TAS, WA, SA, NT), and Postcode[cite: 2].
Entrants must check the mandatory opt-in box stating: “I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and consent to receiving marketing communications from APT”.
Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted.
Multiple entries from the same IP address, same email address or from automated competition entry services are invalid.
5. Selection of Winner(s) & Prize Redemption
The winner will be chosen at random by Cruise Passenger at [Insert Time] AEST on [Insert Draw Date] at Cruise Passenger’s office (Suite G01, 46a Macleay St, Potts Point, 2011) from valid entries received before the Closing Date.
The winner will be notified by Cruise Passenger, by phone and email within 7 days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond or cannot be contacted, a redraw will occur on [Insert Redraw Date] at [Insert Time] AEST at Cruise Passenger’s office.
The prize must be taken on a departure date that is between 06 November 2026 and 30 June 2027 and complete travel by 14 July 2027[cite: 2]. Dates are subject to hotel and flight availability[cite: 2].
Blackout dates apply in April and May 2027[cite: 2]. The prize is not available during peak times such as public holidays and school holidays (if applicable) and cannot be changed once the booking has been made[cite: 2].
Air tickets are available on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are subject to seasonal embargos[cite: 2]. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airline’s departure city and their current flight schedule[cite: 2].
Frequent Flyer points are not available from any airline.
The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and cannot be re-sold.
Prize winner and their companion will be subject to the booking terms and conditions as outlined by APT Luxury Travel.
6. Travel and Health Requirements
The winner(s) and, where applicable, their travel companions, will be responsible for ensuring and checking that they hold any and all documentation required in order to travel.
This includes ensuring that they are in possession of valid passports with an expiry date no earlier than six months after the completion of the Prize cruise.
The winner(s) must apply and/or have any visas and/or other permits required for travel.
It is a strict condition of travel that the prize-winner and guest have adequate and comprehensive travel insurance (evidence of which shall be provided to APT Luxury Travel if requested). This is the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
The winner(s) must comply with any and all health and other requirements for travel including, without limitation, any required vaccinations, health certifications and/or permits.
7. General Terms and Conditions
By entering this Promotion, entrants are considered to have agreed, without limitation, to these terms and conditions and APT Luxury Travel Booking Terms and Conditions and Cruise Passengers Terms and conditions.
All entries immediately become and remain the property of the Promoter.
If a Prize or any part of a Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter will, in its absolute discretion, substitute the Prize with another item of no lesser retail value.
The winner agrees to be featured in all follow up promotional activity. APT Luxury Travel shall be entitled to make use, in any way and/or through any medium, of any comments provided and/or made by the winner(s).
APT Luxury Travel reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, a change in applicable law or any other factor beyond APT Luxury Travel’s reasonable control impairs the integrity and/or proper functioning of this Promotion.
Insofar as is permitted by law, APT Luxury Travel, its employees, agents, subcontractors and/or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, cost, compensation and/or other expense which is suffered and/or sustained by any party in connection with this Promotion and/or in accepting and/or using the Prize.
This Promotion shall be subject to the laws of New South Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the New South Wales Courts.
8. Personal Data
Any personal information and/or data provided during the entry process (including, without limitation, the entrant’s name) must be valid, up to date and truthful.
APT Luxury Travel and Cruise Media Australasia shall use the entrants’ personal data for the purpose of administering and/or promoting this Promotion.
By entering the competition, entrants agreed to opt in and receive marketing communications from APT Luxury Travel and Cruise Media Australasia.
