Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Cruise Passenger (Cruise Media Australasia Pty Ltd; ABN 33 164 325 866; Suite G01, 46a Macleay Street, Potts Point NSW 2011, Australia).
The prize is provided by Ignite Travel Group (ABN 61 113 231 084).

2. The Prize

Prize: A balcony cabin for two (2) adults onboard Explorations by Norwegian – Tokyo to Vancouver, April 2027.

  • Economy class flights from the winner’s nearest Australian major capital city (excluding Darwin & Canberra) to Tokyo, returning from Vancouver
  • 22-night cruise onboard Regatta in a Balcony Stateroom
  • 2-night hotel stay in Tokyo
  • All-inclusive onboard Freestyle Dining
  • Bonus All-Inclusive Beverage Package
  • Bonus Specialty Dining Package
  • Onboard entertainment and enrichment
  • Bonus Wi-Fi package
  • Bonus USD$50 Onshore Excursion Credit per port visited
  • Onboard prepaid gratuities and port charges

Prize Value: AUD $23,978 (twin share)
Travel Date: 19 April 2027 only
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

3. Prize Redemption

  • Prize must be booked through Ignite Travel Group and requires advance reservation.
  • All flights are booked at Ignite Travel Group’s discretion.
  • Prize must be booked by 31 March 2026 and is valid for travel 19 April 2027 only.
  • Return air travel included from major Australian capital cities (excludes Darwin & Canberra).
  • A flight allowance of up to $2,150 per person applies.
  • The prize is personal to the named winner and non-transferable.
  • Additional costs such as transport to airport, insurance, visas, and upgrades are the responsibility of the winner.
  • Variations or extra services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

4. Availability & Forfeiture

  • Cabin availability is subject to confirmation at time of booking.
  • Accommodation is twin-share only.
  • Balcony staterooms are guaranteed; specific room numbers will be assigned by the cruise line.
  • Tokyo hotel will be centrally located and confirmed closer to departure.
  • Failure to book by the deadline results in forfeiture of the prize.
  • If the cruise is cancelled or redeployed, the prize will be forfeited.
  • Replacement prizes, if any, are at Ignite Travel Group’s sole discretion.

5. Voucher Use & Restrictions

  • The prize or any associated voucher cannot be used with other promotions or discounts.
  • Unused portions are non-refundable and have no cash value.
  • Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers will not be replaced.
  • Vouchers cannot be cancelled once issued unless voided by My Cruises.
  • Vouchers cannot be resold, auctioned, or used commercially without written consent from My Cruises.

6. Promotion Entry Period

Opens 19 November 2025 and closes 19 February 2026.
Promoted via the Cruise Passenger website, eNewsletter, and social media channels.

7. Entrants

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
  • Entry via online form on cruisepassenger.com.au.
  • All entrants must answer a multiple-choice question to submit.
  • Proof of eligibility may be required.
  • Employees and family members of Ignite Travel Group or Cruise Passenger are excluded.
  • One entry per person. Multiple email addresses not permitted.
  • Late or invalid entries will be disqualified.
  • Entrants agree to participate in publicity related to the competition.
  • Winner and companion must be available to travel on 19 April 2027.

8. Selection of Winner

  • Draw: 10am, 20 February 2026 at Cruise Passenger’s office, 46a Macleay St, Potts Point NSW 2011.
  • Winner notified by phone and email within 7 days.
  • Published in Cruise Passenger eNewsletter on 27 February 2026.
  • If uncontactable, redraw occurs 27 February 2026 at 10am.
  • Winner must confirm acceptance within 14 days or forfeit the prize.
  • New winners may be selected at Cruise Passenger’s discretion if forfeited.

9. Travel & Health Requirements

  • Winners must hold valid passports (6-month validity post-cruise) and required visas.
  • Comprehensive travel insurance is required.
  • All vaccination and health requirements must be met.
  • Travellers should check official travel advice before departure.

10. General Terms & Conditions

  • By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and those of My Cruises and Cruise Passenger.
  • My Cruises and Cruise Media Australasia may amend terms at any time.
  • Prize fulfilment is managed by My Cruises.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion if necessary.
  • Entries breaching terms or containing offensive content may be disqualified.
  • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash and cannot be resold.
  • Substitute prizes may be offered if required.
  • Winners may be required to participate in publicity or social media coverage.
  • My Cruises’ decisions are final and binding.
  • No liability is accepted for loss, injury, or expense arising from participation or prize acceptance.
  • Winners are responsible for any taxes related to the prize.
  • This promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

11. Personal Data

  • Entrants must provide valid and truthful personal information.
  • Data will be used to administer and promote the competition.
  • Winners’ first name, surname, and state may be published for up to 6 months.
  • By entering, participants consent to receive marketing communications (opt-out available).
  • Data is handled under the My Cruises Privacy Policy.

12. Fraud & Misuse

  • My Cruises may void vouchers obtained fraudulently or resold without permission.
  • Bookings made using invalid vouchers may be cancelled.
  • Reasonable effort will be made to notify affected customers prior to cancellation.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected in relation to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the
My Cruises Privacy Policy.
