Who won at the cruise industry’s night of nights

Agents, marketers and cruise line heads were the winners at the cruise industry awards for Australia and New Zealand 2018 – claimed to be the world’s biggest such event. Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) Australasia’sย  awards night attracted more than 500 guests, and Managing Director Joel Katz said this yearโ€™s awards were among the most successful of the eventโ€™s 18-year history. Karen Christensen, managing director and the region’s senior vice president of Crystal Cruises was inducted into the Hall of Fame after more than 30 years in the industry, and for her work creating an agent training program. The winners are chosen by an industry committee.
