Luxury line Silversea Cruises has unveiled a 132-day World Cruise which will visit 64 destinations across 14 countries including Australia, Russian Far East and Alaska in 2024 with an amazing video.

But don’t all rush to book just yet.  Fares for the Far East-West world cruise start from an eye-watering $66,000 to $276,000 per person on board the 388-passenger Silver Shadow scheduled to depart San Francisco on January 15, 2024.

But price doesn’t seem to be stopping the rise of global cruising. Regent Seven Seas Cruises has just sold out its epic 2024 World Cruise in three hours, breaking the company’s world cruise opening day booking record for the third year in a row.

With fares starting from $93,080 per person, the 132-night world cruise will visit 66 ports across 31 countries including Australia, New Zealand and Central America. The world cruise onboard the elegant Seven Seas Mariner will depart Miami on 6 January 2024.

Silversea’s world cruise is certainly full of bucket list destinations. And you will be shown them all in this cinematic extravaganza, hosted by Fernando Barroso de Oliveira, Silversea’s President’s Ambassador to the Venetian Society, was filmed at Villa Arconati near Milan over three days.

When Silver Shadow reaches Australia on March 8 2024, passengers can look forward to spending a night at Uluru, in the heart of the Ayers Rock with a gastronomic dinner under the stars. Round-trip flights and an overnight-stay in a luxury hotel will be included.

While in Brisbane, passengers will enjoy a full-day excursion of Lady Elliot Island and the Southern Great Barrier Reef.

In Russia, guests will be treated to a night at the Russian opera in Vladivostok with caviar and champagne served in the Mariinsky Theatre, the world’s northernmost opera house.

In Hawaii, guests will spend an evening on the battleship USS Missouri in the heart of Pearl Harbour with a dinner accompanied by music of the 1940s.

In Semarang, Indonesia, passengers will be taken to the Hindu temple of Prambanan and the Buddhist temple of Borobudur in Java, both UNESCO World Heritage sites for a cultural experience with a sunset dinner at Prambanan followed with a sunrise visit to the Temple of Borobudur the next day.

The world cruise will sail from east to west from Hawaii to Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, China, Japan, the Russian Far East, Alaska, Canada and California.
