Silversea Cruises has invited The Australian Ballet’s David McAllister on the Silver Muse as a guest lecturer on the sailing departing Sydney on January 3, 2020.

Guests on board Silver Muse when she departs Sydney for a 13-day Pacific Islands voyage will have the chance to attend lectures presented by Mr McAllister and meet him in person.

This is done in celebration of Mr McAllister’s final year as Artistic Director in 2020 and as part of the exclusive partnership between Silversea and The Australian Ballet.

“We are delighted to welcome David aboard our newest flagship vessel, Silver Muse, when she returns to the region later this year. Silversea’s programme of enriched voyages is designed to blend culture and travel for a more immersive experience, and, as the longest serving Artistic Director of The Australian Ballet, David will further enhance this voyage for Silversea’s guests,” said Adam Armstrong, Managing Director – Australia and New Zealand of Silversea Cruises.

“David will provide an exclusive insight into his illustrious career, which includes almost four decades with The Australian Ballet and recognition in the 2004 Australia Day Honours List.”

Cruise fares for the 13-day sailing start from $6,950 per person for a Vista Suite on the 596-guest Silver Muse.
