Ponant unveils Fly, Stay & Cruise in the Kimberley in 2025

French luxury expedition line, Ponant has unveiled 18 itineraries under its new Fly, Stay & Cruise packages in the Kimberley from May to September 2025.

The new packages will include return flights from all major Australian and New Zealand cities, airport and hotel transfers, one-night pre-cruise accommodation and a 10-night luxury expedition cruise. There will also be two new round-trip itineraries from Darwin.

“Not only will this eliminate the complexities of planning, but it is very cost-effective, making clients’ experiences in the region more accessible than ever,” says Deb Corbett, CEO Asia Pacific.

Ponant will have two expedition ships cruise the stunning Kimberley region for next year’s season – the 184-guest Le Jacques-Cartier and sistership, the 264-guest Le Soleal. Both small luxury ships are able to navigate the shallow waters and offer guests bespoke experiences of Kimberley’s amazing landscapes and historic sites.

The line is also offering free solo supplements for solo travellers wanting to explore the remote wilderness of the Kimberley.

“Our free solo supplement has become extremely popular amongst Australian and New Zealand travellers looking at travelling with a group of friends, without sacrificing the comfort and privacy of their own cabins,” Ms Corbett added.

Besides the line’s northbound itineraries from Broome to Darwin and southbound from Darwin to Broome, there will be two new round-trip voyages from Darwin onboard Le Soleal or Le Jacques-Cartier which departs on 22 July and 12 August 2025.
