Content Director,

Guests onboard the Pacific Dawn will be able to try the new seafood restaurant called Shell & Bones.

If youโ€™re a lover of seafood, youโ€™ll be able to try Singaporean-style crab from Queensland and steamed Australian blue mussels from South Australia.

The Shell & Bones Seafood & Grill will be part of the shipโ€™s new international food market, The Pantry during the day. Then by night, it will open as a dedicated restaurant with bookings available and walk-ins welcome.

But if youโ€™re not in the mood for seafood, Shell & Bones will also have items available from the grill โ€“ think beef short ribs and Portuguese-style road chicken. For the veggos, there are options available.

P&O Cruises President Sture Myrmell said the eatery is part of Pacific Dawnโ€™s multi-million dollar refurbishment in Singapore.

โ€œOur guests love all the new food offerings weโ€™ve introduced across the fleet over the past two years and they have an appetite for more, so we think theyโ€™ll enjoy Shell & Bones,โ€ he said.

โ€œThereโ€™s really no better time to enjoy seafood than during a holiday at sea. With Shell & Bones, weโ€™ve created a restaurant that captures the way Australians love to eat: with great menu, the company of family and friends and the ocean by your side.

โ€œWe think it will be the perfect complement to The Pantry concept which has already proved so popular on our other ships.โ€

The Pacific Dawn will return to Brisbane on March 6 following her drydock in Singapore.
