Acclaimed Aussie Chef, TV host and author Matt Moran will be headline the talent onboard for Cunard’s five-day ‘Great Australian Culinary Voyage’ that departs Sydney on January 28, 2023 aboard Queen Elizabeth.

Mr Moran will be cooking up a storm onboard with exclusive dishes for passengers, as well as hosting a series of talks and interviews on his work.

Mr Moran said: “My love for Australia’s food culture and produce runs deep. We are so incredibly lucky in this country with the variety of experiences and ingredients available to us, and the amazing landscapes and destinations we can all access through travel.

Cunard’s Great Australian Culinary Journey brings these two elements together in a unique showcase and I’m thrilled to be part of it!”

The cruise is a complete celebration of Australian food and wine, with more special guests soon to be announced.

Queen Elizabeth will set sail from Sydney on January 28, 2023 for five-nights, cruising through three Australian culinary hotspots, Melbourne, Burnie and Sydney. 

Fares start at a modest $1309 per person for a twin share for the chance to sample local wines, taste and learn about Indigenous cooking, try local produce on shore excursionss and more.
