It’s last call for votes in our prestigious Readers’ Choice Awards 2022 – so it’s definitely time to cast your vote and give your favourite cruise line and crew the recognition they deserve.

After a near two-year pause, we’ve already received thousands of votes from loyal readers.  And there are some tough tussles for the big trophies.

Best Ocean Cruise Line is seeing a very tight race between perennial favourite Princess Cruises and relative newcomer Viking, with Royal Caribbean and Celebrity among the top contenders.

Best River Line is witnessing a race between Scenic and Avalon, with another strong showing from Viking.

Expedition, which has seen a strong comeback this year, sees Ponant and Hurtigruten racing almost beck and neck to the finish – with Viking’s brand spanking new ships making a surprising appearance in the top five.

And the white-gloved service of the luxury sector is also seeing some skirmishes – with Regent Seven Seas’ most luxurious fleet doing battle with small ship line Ponant and Scenic, with a strong showing from Silversea and Seabourn.

It’s going to be a close race – so get your final votes in and send a strong message to the crews you love.

This is Australia and New Zealand’s biggest Readers’ Choice awards – the verdicts that the cruise lines themselves take notice of.
