Silversea has just launched its new Grand Voyages collection, and it includes an amazing circumnavigation of Australia lasting 51 days.

It will feature 30 ports in three countries departing Sydney on 31 October to 20 December  2020.

Silver Muse will travel from Australia to New Zealand, plus the isles of Indonesia whilst visiting 30 different ports of call on this epic close to home adventure.

Guests will snorkel on Australia’s UNESCO World Heritage-listed Great Barrier Reef, witness the ancient- dragons of Komodo, cruise the majestic, glacier-carved fjords of New Zealand’s Fiordland National Park, and discover sacred temples in the mystical paradise of Bali.

In Tasmania, Silversea’s guests will enjoy the opportunity to learn about the truffle industry from a local farmer, before trying their hands at truffle hunting, as part of a bespoke event at Burnie Truffle Farm.

Early Booking Bonus fares start at AU$28,890 per person based on double occupancy in a Vista Suite.  Guests choosing not to take advantage of included business class flights will receive a non-use credit of AU$1,000.

Grand South America 2021

Silversea’s new Silver Moon will make her inaugural visit to South America with a 70-day circumnavigation covering 37 ports and 20 countries. Highlights include  a crossing of the Panama Canal, cruising the Chilean fjords, extended stays in vibrant cities of Buenos Aires and Rio de Janiero and a visit to the Falklands Islands. The cruise will then  sail  to the Caribbean visiting Barbados, Saint Lucia, Antigua and Puerto Rico.

There will be two bespoke events in South America. In Montevideo, Uruguay, guests will enjoy a winery tour with a barbeque and in San Juan, there will be a personalised experience at one of the famous Bacardi Houses.

Grand Southern Expedition 2021

The line is offering a 52-day exploration of bucket list destinations on Silver Cloud from Ushuaia to Lautoka, Fiji, visiting 26 ports in eight countries. The journey will visit Antarctica, the Chilean fjords, Easter Island and the exotic South Pacific isles.

The extensive voyage offers extreme destinations from snow-covered mountains, icebergs and glaciers to sun-kissed beaches and swaying palm trees. At Easter Island, passengers will meet descendants of the HMS Bounty mutineers and enjoy a private dinner at Robert Louis Stevenson’s house which is Samoa’s most important historical venue.

The journey from 30 January to 23 March 2021 is priced from  $54,000 per person based on double occupancy in a Vista Suite.

Grand Tropical Expedition 2021

Silver Cloud has a 53-day adventure-laden voyage from the exotic South Pacific isles to India. Passengers will savour the beauty of Vanuatu’s Champagne Beach, witness the death-defying land divers of Pentecost Island and come face to face with orang-utans in the UNESCO-listed Gunung Leuser National Park in Indonesia. Highlights include the Kimberley Coast with its thundering waterfalls, untamed wilderness where crocodiles roam, an exclusive  evening at Singapore’s famous China Club on the 52-floor of Capital Tower.

The journey from 23 March to 14 May, is priced from $47,160 pp based on double occupancy in a vista suite.

Grand Northern Expedition 2021

There will be a 64-day voyage from Cochin, India to Tromso Norway from 14 May to 16 July 2021.

The epic journey on board Silver Cloud will journey through Asia’s ancient trading routes to the outposts of western civilisation. Guests will explore the Egyptian temples of Luxor, the Roman amphitheatre of Thysdrus in Tunisia and the Apollo at Delphi in Greece.

They will also have the chance of visiting the WWII beaches in Normandy, walk part of Spain’s Camino de Santiago pilgrimage route before heading to Norway’s North Cape and the Svalbard archipelago before arriving in London.

Prices start from $51,030 pp based on double occupancy in a vista suite.
