Your holiday starts when you arrive in Adelaide and explore the Anglican Holy Trinity Church, Parliament House and SA Museum. Pop by Adelaide Central Market, a bustling place for some of the best locally produced cheese and meat.

On your second day, you will taken to Barossa Valley to savour some of SA’s finest wines at Jacobs Creek and Saltram Wine Estate.

The next day you will taken by ferry to Kangaroo Island to enjoy the crystal-clear waters and beautiful wilderness where you will meet koalas and feed kangaroos. When you go for a tour of the Conservation Park, you will be squeal with delight at the adorable baby seals rolling in the sand.

Your visit to Kangaroo Island will continue with a visit to Clifford’s Honey Farm and taste some homemade honey ice cream. You will have lunch at the Emu Bay Lavender farm and take a walk through the vibrant lavender fields. You will tour Pennington Bay and Kingscote before stopping for some wine tasting at Dudley Wines Clifftop Cellar Door.

After a leisurely morning you will be transferred to Mannum Wharf to board the PS Murray Princess to experience a gentle cruise of a bygone era where you can spot nocturnal wildlife grazing by the riverbank before mooring at Mundurra.

After breakfast you will be go on a guided tour of Murray Bridge and explore the town’s historic Roundhouse before continuing your journey to Salt Bush Flat.

The next morning, you will go for a nature walk, followed by a wildlife tour as you meander through the maze of river and observe magnificent birds such as darters, herons and egrets. Celebrate your final night with a Captain’s dinner and dance.

The next day you will arrive back at Mannum where you will disembark and fly home.
